Once you’ve added an item to your shopping cart, keep searching until your cart contains all of the items you want to order.
You can access the contents of your shopping cart at any time by simply clicking on the bag at the top of the page and then click on “view basket” button. Your product list will appear. Select the products you wish to buy and click on the check-out button on the bottom right of the page
Step 4. Check out
- To enter checkout, click on the ‘proceed to checkout’
- If you are a returning costumer, please log in at the top of the page
- If you have a voucher, please enter your voucher code
- Complete the billing address. If the billing and shipping address are different, please tick the box next to “ship to a different address?” and complete the fields.
- Select your delivery method in the box called “your order” on the right of the screen.
- Select your payment method in the box called “your order” on the right of the screen
- Accept the Terms and Conditions and click on “place order”.
- A complete order summary will now display with all the details of your order. Please ensure that all information, including your delivery details is correct.
Shipping & Delivery
Baby Sense uses USPS integration to calculate costs based on weight and shipping destination. We may offer more than 1 type of shipping at checkout. Please note that orders are shipped within 24-48 hrs. (excluding weekends and holidays), and shipping times are dependent on USPS schedules.
Receive free standard shipping within continental United States on all orders of $75.00 or more. This will be included during your checkout.

We take pride in the quality of our shoes. If you bought your shoes from our website and wish to exchange them, we will be happy to exchange within 28 days of receipt.
If you bought your Baby Sense from a retailer, please contact that retailer for assistance. We are only able to accept exchanges for orders bought through our website.
We will accept any exchanges on item(s) provided the item is returned new (unused) and in original packaging including tags. Returns that are not in the original state will be returned to the customer and no exchange or refund will be provided.
Where possible items will be repaired or replaced for the same product in the same size and colors, subject to availability. If it cannot be repaired or replaced a full refund will be given. Any items that are deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
If the damaged item is due to a factory fault, we will replace the item in the same size and style (subject to availability) at no cost to you.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us. Please note that you are responsible for the all the postage fees. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will refund the postage fees.
