		<description>Hi Meg.
This is a great sleep tip. I find the end of the day a most hairy time. Trying to cook, keep the kids out of trouble and tidying up and rush to bath time means that the end of the day is usually Horror Hour for me.For the last few nights I have made a real effort to try to calm the end of the day down. I start supper a little earlier, we eat without getting annoyed by how little Tom eats. We tidy up together making it a game. We have a lovely calm bath time, a story or two and then calmly go to bed. No matter what, the phone or door do not get answered and I try to focus fully on my boys. It has made a real difference.
