We make mexican food.

We just take regular backed beans and add lots of veg like corn and peas etc and warm it all up together. We then put corn chips (proper mexican ones) in the bottom of a large oven dish, pour the beans over it, add cheese and bake. You can add chicken if you like.

Quick and easy and quite healthy.

My favourite meatballs recipe is so easy!
You need:
500g mince, 1 packet of brown onion soup powder, 2 table spoons of natural yoghurt, 1 small onion.
Chop the onion and add to the mince along with the soup powder and yoghurt.
Roll into meat balls and bake in the oven covered, with a little boiling water at the bottom of the pan, for 40 minuts. Remove the cover for the last 15 minutes.
Serve with mash, gravy and peas.
Yum.
